The relevance of genuine and
reliable #biometric_attendance system is such that more then 1200
teachers from 18 Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation Schools
(BMC) didn't receive their salaries of some previous months due to
technical fault in the #Biometric attendance system.
Many
#teachers have been warning the authorities about the system's
malfunction but it was not taken care off which turned out into a
serious issue afterwards. the teacher's union and the union of
#civic_employees then reported the issue at #BMC #headquarters.
